Suddenly, success isn’t about what they can do—it’s about what they can get others to do. And most organizations give them a new title, a team to manage, and zero tools to make that transition.
I lived that transition. Now I help others navigate it successfully.
I know what it’s like to be promoted for your technical skills and then realize no one taught you how to actually lead people. I know what it feels like when your words don’t land the way you expect. When influence feels harder than it should. When you’re working harder than ever but still hitting a ceiling.
That’s why I became a leadership development specialist. Not to teach theory from a textbook—but to share what actually works in the real world of corporate leadership.
